Coming to this story, though it was on similar plot lines as that of 'Time after Time' where Time is the common entity, this one is different. It's a short book, but it does a great job of setting up a character and then turning that character upside down and inside out. The subplots are good too - one showing a continuation of the first book, I guess, and the other setting the background for Grace in this book, and Book 3 - Gingham Mountain.
